Terms & Conditions - Aliveness Retreat, Portugal (October 6-11, 2025)

We kindly ask you to read our Terms & Conditions before registering for our retreat. Thank you!

1. Booking & Payment Conditions

• Your booking is confirmed upon full payment of the retreat fee or by selecting a payment plan.

• The total retreat price, including a non-refundable deposit of €150, is as follows:

  • Dormitory: €990 (Early Flow Price)

  • Double Room: €1.190 (Early Flow Price)

  • Private Room: €1.490 (Early Flow Price)

All prices include taxes.

The non-refundable deposit of €150 is required to secure your place and is due immediately (or within 7 days after receiving our contract and transaction details).

If you choose a payment plan, the €150 deposit is due immediately and the remaining balance is divided into the following three installments:

Dormitory:

• Total price: €990 (includes non-refundable deposit of €150)

• Remaining balance after deposit: €840

• Three installment payments of: €280 each

• ​

Payment Schedule:

1. First installment: €280 – due by 06.04.2025

2. Second installment: €280 – due by 06.06.2025

3. Third installment: €280 – due by 06.09.2025

Double Room:

• Total price: €1.190 (includes non-refundable deposit of €150)

• Remaining balance after deposit: €1.040

• Three installment payments of: €346,70 each

• ​

Payment Schedule:

1. First installment: €346,70 – due by 06.04.2025

2. Second installment: €346,70 – due by 06.06.2025

3. Third installment: €346,70 – due by 06.09.2025

Private Room Ensuite:

• Total price: €1.490 (includes non-refundable deposit of €150)

• Remaining balance after deposit: €1.340

• Three installment payments of: €446,70 each

• ​

Payment Schedule:

1. First installment: €446,70 – due by 06.04.2025

2. Second installment: €446,70 – due by 06.06.2025

3. Third installment: €446,70 – due by 06.09.2025

• All payments must be made on time. If a payment is late by more than 7 days, we reserve the right to charge a late fee or, in severe cases, cancel your booking while retaining any payments made.

• The full balance must be paid by September 6, 2025. If payment is not received in full by this date, we may cancel your spot and retain any previous payments.

2. Cancellation Policy

• You may cancel up to 110 days before the retreat (by June 18, 2025) and receive a full refund minus the €150 non-refundable deposit and any applicable processing fees.

• After June 18, 2025, no refunds will be issued, as we are required to pay the full participant price to the retreat venue. However, you may transfer your booking to another person at no extra cost.

3. Participant Substitution

• If you are unable to attend, you can transfer your booking to another person free of charge until September 29,2025 at no extra cost. Please notify us as soon as possible to arrange the change.

4. Early Departure

• No refunds will be issued for early departure or missed retreat activities due to personal reasons.

​

5. Changes by the Organizer

• We reserve the right to make changes to the program, accommodation, or dates if unforeseen circumstances arise. Participants will be informed as soon as possible, and we will seek a fair alternative solution.

• We may offer discounted rates at our discretion, but this does not entitle previously booked guests to any retroactive discount.

6. Participant Responsibilities

• You are responsible for arranging your own travel to and from the retreat location.

• You assume responsibility for any damage or loss to the retreat property (including accommodations, common areas, and amenities).

• You confirm that you are medically and physically fit to participate in retreat activities.

7. Travel Insurance

• We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance, which may cover unforeseen cancellations, health emergencies, or travel disruptions. We are not responsible for any personal or financial losses related to cancellations, travel delays, or force majeure events.

8. Force Majeure

• In the event of force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, political unrest, strikes, pandemics), we reserve the right to cancel, postpone, or modify the retreat. We will notify participants as early as possible and attempt to provide alternative solutions. However, we are not liable for any additional costs incurred due to such circumstances.

9. Final Provisions

• If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is deemed invalid, the remaining terms remain in effect.

• This agreement falls under Portuguese law.
